OK so you are reading on. I confess I was much the same having had years of pain, neck, shoulders, back, hips. 

And the well referred Osteopaths, Physiotherapist, Massage gurus, Chiropractors  Acupuncturist, Naturopaths, get the picture I'd done the lot. 

Oh and end of the line, the Surgeons. MRI scans and x-rays showed prolapsed discs, degenerated hips and stuffff going on. Surgery was imminent. 

How could this guy help he wasn't anything 'medical' and Im from a medical background.

I need professional help.

Well that is exactly what I got and more.

In steps the Big guy who actually is pretty small but the BIG part is his understanding his scientific approach his pure passion and determination to get you right. 

Finally there was truly someone batting on my team the others were only visitors in comparison.

It took a long time for me to get this way, years of dedicated sprinting ,skiing, aerobics teaching, endorphin junky.   

I haven't been at  Body Synergy a year yet and I'm 70% improved AND I have weeks with no pain, that is a miracle in itself. Remember the line above 'years of pain'. I have more energy, I'm more fun I've got my body back and I have the understanding and can maintain my new found health.

Yes, I slip, thats my doing, yes, there were teething problems and that was the best part really, when the going got tuff the BIG guy sure gets going to make any changes needed.

The EMG, you can read about that elsewhere, was a breakthrough and has made a huge difference, the BIG guy says 'couldn't have fixed you without it'.

That is his secret weapon he's always searching, updating and changing. 

He's progressive he's aggressive when it come to getting to the core of it all. 

I am just so grateful, happy no elated to be out of pain to be able to function like I'm meant to. I don't know anyone else who could have helped in this way.
