TESTIMIONAL -
EMG
My name is Keith Robinson and
I was a Carpenter/Builder by trade for 45 years and am now
retired.I was actually forced to give up the Building Trade because
of my continuing back problems and became a Building Inspector for
several years I have suffered from chronic back pain for many
years and have been to see many different people in New Zealand and
Australia and have had many tests and procedures carried out with
no lasting results. The only thing that helped to ease my pain was
very strong medication. Surgery was not considered an
option.
My improvement in life came
after my Son & Daughter in Law booked me in to see Rowan who
assessed me to see if I was suitable for Electromyography( EMG)
testing. After having carried out the test Rowan was able to change
how I walked, sat and carried out every day tasks. He gave me
simple daily exercises and within a couple of weeks I noticed a
much reduced pain level. A lot of people have commented on how much
better I am looking and my Doctor is so pleased that now my pain
level is much reduced. My original back problem has not gone
away but with the pain level reduced I am able to get on with my
life and enjoy it. I have taken up lawn bowls and even in doing
that Rowan was able to work out a way that I could bowl without
putting undue stress on my back. It has been a few months now since
I saw Rowan and I have reduced my pain relief drugs by 2/3 which
has really pleased my Doctor. My wife is really thrilled that
she has her Husband back and that we can now do so much more in
enjoying our retirement than we could before.
I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone with
pain to be accessed by Rowan and his staff member Kath who are both
so diligent and caring in carrying out their work. The result
that I have received after visiting Rowan is absolutely amazing so
thank you so much Rowan. My wife and I are indebted to you and
commend you on how your carry out your work, your continuing follow
ups and your great personality
With so many thanks for a much improved
life.
Kind regards
Keith Robinson
