Body Synergy One on One training was developed for clients who need a challlenge, renewed motivation, a new goal to work towards, or simply for individuals who wanted to be pushed harder in their training regime.

One on One Training sessions are an 'outside the square', personalised and focused training session that will push you to your limits and provide an exciting change to your usual training program. We offer everything from boxing, sessions focused on speed, power, endurance, fat burning or outdoor training.

At Body Synergy Gym we believe that if you have a goal in mind for anything in life, it helps to have the best support, the best advice and the best training around. In short, "To be the best, learn from the best".

Personal training sessions are available 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm

60 min session $85   
30 min session $60
