Synergy Cycling is like no other stationary cycling class
around. With a unique format it is designed to push the body
and increase fitness significantly.
Spin classes were originally created by a world-class
ultra-distance cyclist Johnny G. We were very lucky to
have an incredibly talented staff member (thanks Shara)
choreopgraph our entire spin collection. She has taken basic
spin positions mixed them with fantastic music to make our
cycling classes truly unique and incredibly enjoyable.
YOU always control both your speed and
resistance. The seat and handlebars are adjustable to ensure
that you have the correct positioning for your body. Full
instruction on bike set up and class structure is given
plus extra support when you are new to the class.
On average you can burn anywhere from 500 calories
upwards in a standard 50 minute class.
Synergy Cycling is both motivating and fun as you experience
different simulated terrains with constant direction and motivation
by your instructor. We provide a fun, small group atmosphere
in a private room that lets you cycle away and lose yourself in the
music.
From novice to experienced, our cycling classes are for
everyone. If you're a beginner, you can take it easy and work
to your own level. We will guide you every step of the
way. If you're experienced, then our classes will test even
the fittest of individuals!
We offer casual passes or concessions to both members and
non-members. The best thing for non-members is that we
believe you should only pay for what you're using...therefore you
DON'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO USE THE GYM! All
you do is pay for the class, get your fix for the week and simply
enjoy the ride.
