Synergy Boxing is a service we provide which offers another form
of cardiovascular exercise while strengthening and conditioning at
the same time, as well as improving total body fitness.
Because boxing is such an intense and effective form of
exercise, as a cross training alternative it not only breaks up a
client's routine and adds variety to their training sessions but it
forces them to use muscles they are not used to using because the
load of training is distributed across various body parts.
For endurance athletes in particular who tend to do a lot of
running it provides them an intense training session while giving
their legs a much-needed break. Boxing also teaches a form of
mind-body coordination and power that can transfer over into
everyday life.
Benefits clients will experience are a
well-proportioned and strong physique, build stamina and get them
in excellent shape. By working with weights and resistance
tools the client will maximise calorie burn to increase lean muscle
mass. In short, fat will disappear and they will gain greater
strength and agility - plus it's so much fun punching and
kicking someone (especially at the end of a tough
day).
