The Rowan Ellis Method is a system designed to provide a
multi-pronged approach to treating the human body. The
intention of this information is to bring to the world a new way of
thinking in regards to helping people get back to a natural
postural state and eliminating pain in people.
The purpose of the REM system is to correct imbalances in the
body and, through musculoskeletal therapy and specified exercise
techniques, help get individuals back into their natural postural
state. It was created and developed by the founder,
Rowan Ellis, with the help of other specialised individuals over
the span of 20 years.
The REM system has five key elements:
- Range of Movement Testing/History
- Dynamic Postural Analysis
- Musculoskeletal Therapy
- Exercise Prescription
- Specific Gym Equipment to target key muscle groups
These must be combined and used together in a multi-pronged
approach for them to work effectively. When used in
conjunction with each other, the results are undeniable; it is a
proven system that works to:
