Regular massage is critical to the longevity and well-being of
your musculoskeletal system as well as a very important injury
prevention measure.
Through the general loading on our muscles and joints with
everyday living, we gain tight muscles and immobilised
joints. Often mobility is lost at a very slow rate and we
don't even realise we are stiffening until we have difficulty
putting our underwear on in the morning or have trouble spending
more than a couple of hours in the garden before the onset of back
ache.
One of the most important factors when consulting a
musculoskeletal therapist or a massage therapist is that they know
how to diagnose correctly. An effective therapist can
dramatically increase your mobility. However it is incredibly
important that mobility is gained in the correct places and
directions. If increased mobility is obtained in the wrong
direction, injury will often result or within two days you will
seize up and your newfound mobility will be gone.
At Body Synergy Gym our approach is completely unique and

other treatment methods, I was able to develop the solutions to
